If you are an MBA/PGDM HR fresher or have some experience in HR/recruitment and are interested in building your career in IT Staffing & Recruitment, we’d love to hear from you!

Location: Hinjewadi, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

What you will do?

- Source and screen candidates for various IT & technical roles.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Coordinate with candidates and internal hiring teams.

Who can apply?
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with some HR/recruitment experience can also apply.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in IT Staffing & Recruitment.

Employment Opportunity: Depending on your experience, knowledge, and interview performance, candidates may be considered for direct full-time employment or a 6-month paid internship with an opportunity for full-time conversion.
