Our platform brings together HR management, recruitment, employee onboarding, training, attendance, performance, workforce management and other business processes into one connected system.

As we onboard more businesses onto BuzyTeam, we are looking for an HR Software Implementation & Onboarding Specialist who can take ownership of the customer journey from signed customer → configuration → training → go-live → successful adoption .

What You'll Own

You will be the primary point of contact for new customers during implementation and onboarding.

Your responsibility is not simply to demonstrate the software. Your job is to understand how the customer's HR function currently operates and help them successfully transition those processes into BuzyTeam.

1. Customer Discovery

- Conduct onboarding and requirement-gathering meetings with HR teams and management.
- Understand the customer's existing HR processes, policies and workflows.
- Identify their organisational structure, departments, locations, reporting hierarchy and approval processes.
- Understand attendance, leave, onboarding, employee records, payroll-related processes and other HR requirements.
- Document requirements clearly for internal teams.

1. BuzyTeam Configuration Configure the customer's BuzyTeam account based on agreed requirements, including:

- Company and organisational structure
- Departments and designations
- Employee records
- Locations
- Attendance rules
- Leave policies
- Holidays and weekly offs
- Approval workflows
- Employee onboarding processes
- Roles and permissions
- HR policies and documents
- Other relevant HRMS settings

1. Data Migration & Setup

- Coordinate collection of employee and HR data from customers.
- Review Excel/CSV data before migration.
- Identify missing or incorrect information.
- Work with internal technical teams where bulk migration or technical assistance is required.
- Validate migrated data before customer go-live.

1. Customer Training





- Conduct online and onsite training sessions where required.
- Train HR administrators and management teams.
- Conduct employee-level orientation where necessary.
- Explain workflows in simple, practical language.
- Create or improve onboarding guides, videos, FAQs and training material.
- Ensure the customer's HR team can independently operate BuzyTeam.

1. Go-Live Management Own the customer's onboarding timeline from start to finish.

Maintain a explicit implementation plan covering:

Kick-off → Requirements → Configuration → Data Migration → Testing → Training → Go-Live → Adoption

Proactively follow up with customers and internal teams to prevent onboarding projects from getting delayed.

1. Adoption & Customer Success A successful onboarding does not finish when the software is configured.

You will monitor

- Employee activation
- HR administrator usage
- Attendance adoption
- Completion of employee profiles
- Usage of relevant BuzyTeam modules
- Outstanding implementation issues
- Customer feedback

Identify customers who are struggling with adoption and proactively help them.
1. Product Feedback You will work closely with our Product, Development, Sales and Customer Success teams.

- Document recurring customer requirements.
- Identify usability problems.
- Separate genuine product gaps from configuration or training issues.
- Report bugs with clear steps and examples.
- Recommend improvements based on real customer behaviour.
- Help us continuously improve the BuzyTeam onboarding process.

What We're Looking For

Essential

- 2–5 years of experience in HRMS, HRTech, SaaS implementation, customer onboarding or customer success .
- Previous experience onboarding customers onto business software.
- Good understanding of HR processes and terminology.
- Strong Excel and data-handling skills.




- Experience conducting customer training or software demonstrations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong follow-up and project coordination skills.
- Comfortable speaking with HR Managers, HR Heads and business owners.
- Ability to manage multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

Strongly Preferred Experience working with or implementing platforms such as:

Keka, Darwinbox, greytHR, Zoho People, PeopleStrong, HROne, Pocket HRMS or similar HRMS/HRTech platforms.

Experience implementing attendance, leave, payroll, onboarding, performance management or employee lifecycle systems will be highly valued.

- Percentage of customers successfully going live
- Onboarding completion rate
- Customer training completion
- Employee/user activation
- Product adoption after go-live
- Number of unresolved implementation issues
- Customer satisfaction during onboarding
- Quality of implementation documentation
- Customer retention during the early lifecycle
