We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
The candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and discuss salary, joining dates, and other employment-related details with selected candidates.
- Manage offer and joining formalities.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and reports.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with management and department heads to understand hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Ability to identify and evaluate suitable candidates.
- Comfortable using job portals, MS Office/Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
