We are hiring HR Recruiters (Freshers/Experienced) to manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, and other channels.
- Handle hiring across industries, geographies, and organizational hierarchies.
- Build strong candidate pipelines and understand client requirements.
- Participate in job fairs, college placement drives, recruitment drives, workshops, and career guidance initiatives.
- Develop robust skills in Talent Acquisition and Stakeholder Management.
