About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day recruitment activities, coordinate with candidates and stakeholders, and help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source potential candidates through job portals, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess basic suitability for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure timely communication.
- Track interview status, candidate feedback, selections, and closures.
- Support the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and coordination activities.
- Assist in maintaining recruitment reports and hiring-related documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Candidate Requirements





- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 02 years of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid coordination, follow-up, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable communicating with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
