HR Recruiter – BPO Industry

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various BPO and customer service positions.

Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and joining process.
- Achieve assigned recruitment and joining targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions.





Candidate Requirements
- Freshers and experienced HR Recruiters can apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and job portals is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and positive follow-up skills.
