Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for the Non-IT / Automobile sector. The candidate should have strong sourcing and screening skills and experience in Blue Collar and Grey Collar hiring.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Blue Collar & Grey Collar manpower.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and clients/site teams.
- Maintain daily candidate tracking and recruitment status reports.
- Manage joining formalities and follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing automobile industry requirements.




- Coordinate with site HR and management regarding manpower requirements.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the required timelines.
- Maintain proper recruitment records and candidate databases.

Required Skills

- 1–5 years of experience in Non-IT / Automobile Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in Blue Collar & Grey Collar Hiring.
- Good knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, job groups, referrals, etc.
- Strong candidate screening and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies and recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
- Willingness to work from Hosur.

Qualification

- Any Graduate / MBA HR / PGDM HR preferred.
