Job Summary:

Axis Services is hiring Female HR Recruiters / HR Executives for our recruitment team in Ameerpet, Hyderabad.

Candidates with Non-IT Recruitment experience, especially in BPO and Healthcare recruitment, are preferred. Freshers with good communication skills are also eligible to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates for Non-IT, BPO and Healthcare requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews
- Follow up with candidates until joining
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases
- Achieve recruitment targets within defined timelines

Eligibility:

- Female candidates only
- Graduation is mandatory (No Pursuing Candidates)
- Freshers & Experienced candidates with 03 years of experience can apply
- Non-IT Recruitment experience preferred – BPO / Healthcare hiring
- Good English communication skills (mandatory)
- Basic Telugu speaking is mandatory




- Maximum career gap: 2 years
- Candidates should be willing to work from office

Salary:

- Freshers: 13,000 – 15,000 per month
- Experienced: Up to 20,000 per month (minimum 6 months experience)
- Performance Incentives: Up to 15,000 per month
