HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter

Department: Human Resources

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of vacancies as per company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

· Source candidates through job portals, recruitment agencies, LinkedIn, and other channels.

· Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

· Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability.

· Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.

· Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.

· Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and joining.

· Coordinate documentation and onboarding of selected candidates.

· Maintain recruitment MIS and provide regular hiring updates.





· Coordinate with recruitment agencies and ensure quality candidate submissions.

· Ensure positions are closed within the defined timelines.

Required Skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Robust candidate sourcing and screening ability.

· Good knowledge of recruitment processes.

· Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

· Proficiency in MS Office/Google Sheets.

· Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Experience & Qualification

Qualification: Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.

Experience: 1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.

Key KPI: Quality of hiring, number of positions closed, turnaround time, candidate conversion, and joining ratio.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
