- Source candidates through Naukri and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates as per JD and requirements.

- Conduct telephonic screening/interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and HODs.

- Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker.

- Follow up with candidates until selection and joining.

- Maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.

- Prepare and post job advertisements on Naukri/social media.

- Achieve recruitment targets and TAT for assigned positions.

- Maintain candidate database and prepare basic recruitment MIS.Role & responsibilities
