We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary packages and extend offer letters to selected candidates.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and status updates.
- Support onboarding and employee induction activities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive understanding of recruitment processes and employment practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
