? Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other platforms
- Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements
- Conduct initial candidate calls and HR screening
- Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
- Assist with job postings and recruitment activities
- Support day-to-day HR and Talent Acquisition operations
