Role Description The HR Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities across the organization. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves maintaining candidate databases, managing job postings, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.



The HR Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand workforce needs, support onboarding activities, and contribute to employer branding and talent pipeline development.

Qualifications

- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Knowledge of HR processes such as onboarding, documentation, and basic HR compliance practices.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and skilled networking tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for working with candidates and internal teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple hiring requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or in HR operations, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or related industries.
