About the Role
We are looking for a agile and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process and supporting hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, networking, and referrals
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds
- Maintain candidate records and follow up regularly
- Work closely with the hiring team to fulfill requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Basic communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in recruitment and HR activities
