We are looking for a motivated and confident HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment and help us build a robust team across IT and Non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Source, shortlist, and screen candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Recruit for both IT and Non-IT positions, including:
- Developers
- BDE / Business Development Executive
- SEO Executive
- Social Media Executive
- Lead Generation Executive
- Support Manager
- Coordinate with the respective team managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Assist with offer discussions, joining coordination, and basic onboarding activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,



or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.
- Good knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and maintaining recruitment reports.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment activities simultaneously.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
