Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment

Positive communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews

Candidate follow-up and interview coordination

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Job Responsibilities:

Source and shortlist suitable candidates

Conduct telephonic/initial HR interviews

Coordinate interviews with clients/hiring managers

Follow up with candidates until joining

Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

Maintain daily recruitment reports and candidate records

Pay: ₹20,200.00 - ₹24,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
