Payroll Management

- Manage the complete monthly payroll process, including salary calculation, deductions, incentives, bonuses, and final settlements.

- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

- Verify attendance, leave, overtime, and other payroll inputs.

- Manage payroll-related queries and resolve employee issues promptly.

- Prepare payroll reports, salary statements, and management reports.

- Coordinate with Finance/Accounts for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with applicable employment and payroll laws and regulations.

- Manage statutory deductions and filings such as PF, ESI, Skilled Tax, TDS, and other applicable requirements.

- Maintain accurate compliance records and support statutory audits and inspections.

- Keep the organization updated on changes in labor and employment regulations.

HR Operations

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, transfers, promotions, and exits.

- Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records.





- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

- Manage attendance, leave, employee benefits, and HR administration.

- Handle employee grievances and support effective employee relations.

- Coordinate performance management and appraisal processes.

Recruitment & Workforce Management

- Work with department heads to understand manpower requirements.

- Support recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities.

- Maintain manpower reports and HR dashboards.

- Assist management with workforce planning and HR initiatives.

HR Systems & Reporting

- Maintain and administer HRMS/payroll software.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.

- Prepare periodic HR and payroll reports, including headcount, attrition, attendance, payroll cost, and leave reports.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee compensation and personal information.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
