As we scale, we're looking for an HR & People Operations Manager who can build systems, elevate culture, and partner with leadership to create an exceptional employee experience.

This isn't a traditional HR role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building from scratch, leverages AI to simplify work, thrives in ambiguity, and believes that great people operations can become a company's competitive advantage.

What You'll Own

People Operations

- Own the complete employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, employee records, HR documentation, and exit processes.
- Oversee payroll inputs, statutory compliance, attendance, leave management, and HR operations.
- Build scalable SOPs and automate repetitive HR processes.

Talent Acquisition
- Partner with business leaders to hire exceptional talent across functions.
- Build efficient hiring workflows that prioritize quality and speed.
- Improve employer branding and candidate experience.




- Use AI and automation to optimize sourcing, screening, and recruitment operations.

Culture & Employee Experience
- Design initiatives that strengthen engagement, collaboration, and belonging.
- Drive employee recognition, wellness, and internal communication programs.
- Handle employee relations with empathy, fairness, and professionalism.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on trust, ownership, and accountability.

Performance & Learning
- Coordinate performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback frameworks.
- Support managers with coaching, performance conversations, and people development.
- Build learning initiatives and career development programs that help employees grow.

HR Systems & Analytics
- Evaluate and optimize HR tools, HRMS platforms, ATS, and people processes.
- Build dashboards and reports that give leadership visibility into hiring, retention, engagement, and workforce metrics.
- Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, and workflow automation platforms to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who has:

- 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a high-growth startup.




- Experience managing end-to-end HR operations for a growing organization.
- Strong understanding of payroll, compliance, labour laws, and HR operations.
- Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and performance management.
- A systems-first mindset—you naturally improve processes instead of working around them.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Comfort working directly with founders and cross-functional leaders.
- Curiosity to experiment with AI and modern HR technology.
- High ownership, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

- MBA in Human Resources.
- Experience with platforms like Keka, Darwinbox, FactoHR, greytHR, Zoho People, or similar HRMS tools.
- Experience building HR processes from scratch.
- Exposure to Series A or Series B startup environments.
