What you’ll actually do:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, interview, and close top-tier digital marketers, tech talent, and creatives before anyone else spots them.
- Culture & Employee Experience: Champion our "Vision to Velocity" mindset, ensuring the team stays motivated, aligned, and celebrated day in and day out.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:



Architect seamless, welcoming transitions that get new hires integrated and making an impact instantly.
- HR Operations: Handle the essential nitty-gritty: payroll coordination, perks administration, performance review cycles, and compliance.
- Strategic Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on team sentiment, conflict resolution, and organizational growth planning.
