Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage payroll processing for manufacturing industry, ensuring compliance with PF regulations.

- Coordinate with HR team to ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of payroll reports.

- Analyze payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly to maintain smooth operations.

- Maintain confidentiality of employee information and adhere to company's privacy policies.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

- Robust knowledge of PF (Provident Fund) regulations and guidelines.
