Role Description The HR Officer role at Khushbu Auto Finance Ltd. is a full-time, in office position based in Rajkot and is intended for local candidates only. The HR Officer will handle day-to-day human resources activities, including supporting recruitment processes, preparing and updating job descriptions, and assisting with onboarding and documentation. The role includes implementing and maintaining HR policies, managing employee records, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes.

The HR Officer will also help address employee queries, support employee relations initiatives,



and coordinate HR-related communications and basic compliance activities. The position offers a salary of up to 15,000 INR per month, with opportunities to learn and grow within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management for handling core HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Employee Relations to support policy implementation, workplace conduct, and employee engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in Development to create, update, and maintain clear role definitions across the organization.
- Candidates should have robust communication, documentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
- Candidates should ideally have a bachelor’s degree or diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and familiarity with basic MS Office tools.
