Qualification: MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

Experience: 3–6 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Prepare manpower plans and coordinate hiring as per business requirements.
- Maintain employee master data, personnel files, and HR records.
- Monitor attendance, leave, shifts, and employee discipline.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify salary inputs.
- Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues professionally.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Conduct employee induction, training, and development programs.
- Monitor employee performance and coordinate appraisal processes.




- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower and employee-related issues.
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle disciplinary actions and maintain proper documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
