- Events (Diwali, Christmas, Holi etc.) Backend + Frontend
- HR Ops complex (HRIS Data Sanity, complex grievance)
- Monthly HR PPT
- R&R;, Town hall – Once per Qtr
- Extra Support during half yearly / annual appraisal period – Dec / Apr-June
- L&OD;
- Current Joiner induction – monthly
- Frontend all HR Audits
- Org Charts PPT – monthly update
- Exit Interview
