What you’ll be working on:

- End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Technical Recruitment
- Hiring for FTEs and contractual resources
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Resource mapping, workforce planning and deployment
- Vendor Management & Contractor Management
- Payroll coordination and PF, ESIC, TDS & PT compliance
- BGV, onboarding, documentation, attendance and timesheets
- HR MIS, workforce reporting & employee engagement
- Stakeholder management across HR, Delivery, Finance and Business teams

What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition
- Experience in IT Services, SaaS, IT Consulting or Technology is a plus
- Strong experience in Technical Hiring / IT Recruitment
- Good understanding of Indian statutory compliance and payroll processes
- Comfortable working with HRMS, ATS, Excel, Naukri and LinkedIn
- Someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
