Role & responsibilities

1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Working with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
2. Managing the complete recruitment and selection process, Implement the policy, Preparing HR documents, Statutory Returns and compliance , Salary - Payroll Management , Performance Management. Responsibility of managing all HR related activities within the organization, Labor Contract Management. Handling manpower issues.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital ,Compensation and Advantages, Develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization, Implementing HR policies ,Develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee conduct and discipline.
5. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management,



Nurture a positive working environment, Factory Annual returns & Half yearly returns, Labor licence Renewal. All domestic labor laws and Indian acts.
6. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs, Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, Training Calendar, Training Feed back, Training Effectiveness, Implements etc.
7. Oversee and coordinate general administrative affairs related to EHS, IT, and Administration, ensuring efficient and smooth daily operational support for all departments.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant exposure to the manufacturing, power project, or EMS industry.
- Proven expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and statutory compliance, with strong knowledge of Indian labor laws (ESIC, EPF, PT & IT).
- Excellent communication, risk management, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR module is preferred.
