Role Description The HR Manager at Ramee Royal Resort & Spa is a full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR policy implementation.

The HR Manager will coordinate training and development programs, maintain HR records, handle payroll inputs and attendance systems, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting department managers with staffing needs,



addressing employee queries, promoting a positive workplace culture, and contributing to HR strategies that enhance staff engagement and retention within the resort environment.

Qualifications

- Strong human resources management skills, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive, positive work culture.
- Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR documentation.
- Proficiency in HR systems, attendance and payroll coordination, and basic MS Office tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities.
- Previous experience in hospitality or service-oriented industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
