Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end HR Operations and employee lifecycle activities.

- Lead and coordinate the Performance Management System (PMS), including KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, and performance reviews.

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and employee relations effectively.

- Draft, review, update, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Work closely with HODs and senior management on manpower planning and employee-related matters.

- Manage and strengthen stakeholder relationships across departments.

- Coordinate payroll, attendance, leave, and HR MIS activities.

- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESIC, TDS, and other statutory requirements.





- Lead and guide the HR team and drive continuous improvement in HR processes.

- Plan and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives.

What We're Looking For

- 5–8 years of relevant HR experience

- Solid experience in HR Operations & Generalist HR

- Hands-on experience in PMS / Performance Management

- Strong grievance handling and employee relations skills

- Experience in HR policy drafting and implementation

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance

- Strong leadership and team-management skills

- Experience in technology, engineering, manufacturing, or a similar environment will be an advantage
