Job Summary
GOEEN Electric Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to manage the complete Human Resources function of the organization. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination, HR policies, performance management, compliance, training, and overall employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Manpower Planning
- Manage the complete recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
- Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, campus recruitment, social media, and other channels.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate selection of suitable candidates.
- Maintain recruitment records and recruitment trackers.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for critical positions.
Employee Management
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Maintain positive employee relations and promote a healthy work environment.
- Monitor employee discipline and ensure adherence to company policies.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, late coming, overtime, and shift records.
- Coordinate with Accounts/Payroll for accurate and timely salary processing.
- Maintain records related to PF, ESI, professional tax, and other applicable deductions.
- Ensure proper maintenance of attendance and leave records.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure employees understand and comply with company policies.
- Maintain statutory and legal HR records.
- Coordinate with consultants and authorities regarding applicable labor-law and statutory compliance matters.
- Ensure proper documentation for audits and inspections.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the employee performance appraisal and evaluation process.
- Assist department heads in setting KRAs and KPIs.
- Monitor employee performance and identify areas requiring improvement.
- Support promotion, increment, and performance improvement processes.
Training & Development
- Identify training and development requirements.
- Coordinate employee training programs, workshops, and induction sessions.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Support skill development and growth opportunities initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Plan and organize employee engagement activities and events.
- Promote teamwork, communication, and employee motivation.
- Conduct employee feedback and satisfaction initiatives.
- Support recognition and reward programs.
HR MIS & Reporting
- Prepare regular HR reports and MIS for management.
- Track manpower strength, recruitment status, attrition, absenteeism, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Maintain HR databases and ensure timely updates in the ERP/HRMS system.
- Provide management with relevant HR analytics and reports for decision-making.
Exit & Full & Final Settlement
- Manage resignation, termination, exit interviews, and clearance procedures.
- Coordinate with concerned departments for Full & Final Settlement.
- Ensure proper collection of company assets and completion of exit documentation.
- Analyze reasons for employee attrition and recommend corrective measures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and employee relations.
- Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave, PF, ESI, and labour-law compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, HRMS/ERP, and HR reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
- Preferred: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources.
- Experience: 3-7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the automobile, manufacturing, EV, or similar industry.
- Experience in managing both factory and corporate HR operations will be an added advantage.
- Age Limit: 25years - 35years.
