Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on and experienced HR Manager to independently manage the complete HR function of our growing D2C organisation.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, performance management, employee relations, HR policies, disciplinary processes, employee engagement and exits.

The HR Manager will also manage an HR Executive and will be responsible for building structured and scalable HR systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across all departments.
- Understand manpower requirements and close positions within defined timelines.
- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Handle complete onboarding and joining documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HRMS and employee master data.
- Manage attendance, leave records and monthly payroll inputs.
- Coordinate payroll and ensure salary inputs are accurate.
- Ensure timely PF, ESIC, Professional Tax and other applicable HR compliances.
- Coordinate with consultants/CA for statutory compliance wherever required.
- Create and implement HR policies and SOPs.
- Manage probation reviews and employee confirmations.
- Create and monitor KRAs/KPIs with department heads.
- Manage employee performance reviews and appraisal processes.
- Handle employee grievances and workplace conflicts.
- Manage disciplinary issues, warning letters, PIPs and employee misconduct cases.
- Monitor absenteeism, late coming and workplace discipline.
- Plan employee engagement and recognition activities.
- Monitor employee retention and attrition.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage resignation,



notice period and full & final settlement processes.
- Ensure proper handover and company asset recovery during employee exits.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS and dashboards for management.
- Manage and review the work of the HR Executive.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–8 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Experience as an HR Generalist / HR Manager handling end-to-end HR operations.
- Strong recruitment and employee management experience.
- Good knowledge of attendance and payroll processes.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC and labour-related compliance.
- Experience handling employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Experience with performance management and appraisal systems.
- Strong documentation and HR policy drafting skills.
- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, organisation and people-management skills.
- Comfortable working directly with founders and department heads.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the HR department rather than only execute assigned HR tasks.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling recruitment, employee issues, performance, compliance and HR systems independently while managing an HR Executive.

This is a hands-on role suitable for someone who enjoys working in a fast-growing organisation and building structured HR processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
