Role & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across Digital Marketing, IT, Sales, and other functions.
- Manage complete HR operations, payroll, attendance, leave, employee records, and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and legal/statutory compliance.
- Handle performance appraisals, confirmations, promotions, disciplinary actions, grievances, and employee exits.
- Prepare and manage appointment, confirmation, promotion, warning, termination, and other HR letters.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements.
- Handle employee relations, workplace issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
- Maintain accurate HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws.
- Lead and manage the HR function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective employee management.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, with strong experience in HR management and operations.
- Hands-on experience in payroll management, recruitment, HR policy-making, and statutory/legal compliance.




- Strong knowledge of Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent leadership, communication, decision-making, and employee-handling skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR functions in a fast-paced work environment.
