The selected candidate will have 5 to 8yrs experience in appraisal garment textile industry nd will be responsible for managing and maintaining the complete HR function of the organization, with particular focus on factory HR operations, manpower planning, recruitment, employee relations, attendance and payroll management, contract labour management, and labour-law compliance. The candidate will be expected to effectively manage factory workers, operators, helpers, supervisors and office staff, while ensuring discipline, productivity and a positive workplace culture. The role will also involve handling grievances and disciplinary matters, coordinating with Production, Merchandising, Quality and Administration teams, maintaining statutory records and HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.

The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, confidentiality and decision-making skills, along with proficiency in HRMS/ERP, payroll systems and MS Excel.
