- Job Summary:

- Responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, performance management, compliance, and employee development to support organizational goals.

- Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and selection process.

- Handle onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.

- Manage attendance, leave, payroll, and perks.

- Conduct performance appraisals and KPI reviews.

- Organize training and employee development programs.

- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.

- Implement HR policies and procedures.

- Ensure labour law and statutory compliance.

- Improve employee engagement and retention.

- Maintain HR records and prepare HR reports.

- Manage exit interviews and full & final settlement.

- Support management in manpower planning and HR decisions.

- QUALIFICATION:

- MBA/B.E WITH MBA/ANY DEGREE WITH MBA/M.SC HOSPITAL ADMINISTRATION

- EXPERIENCE IS ADDED ADVANTAGE

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
