We are looking for a HR Manager for our Brigade Family

Role Purpose The role is the dedicated HR anchor for Brigade's Foundation vertical, covering the 3 Schools, Skill Development, and Indian Music Museum. It combines end-to-end hiring, HR business partnering and statutory/compliance ownership, ensuring these units get the same rigor, documentation, and governance standard, while staying attuned to the distinct people needs of an educational, skilling and cultural institution context.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Hiring

- Own end-to-end recruitment for the School, Skill Development and Music Museum teams teaching and non-teaching staff, skill development trainers/instructors, and museum curatorial, education and operations roles.• Build sourcing pipelines suited to education, vocational training and cultural-institution hiring (institute tie-ups, sector-specific job boards, referral networks), distinct from standard hospitality sourcing channels.• Manage manpower planning and budgeted headcount for the Foundation vertical in line with School expansion, new IME teams onboarding, and Skill Development needs.• Own offer management, salary structuring and onboarding for these units, ensuring consistency with Brigade's offer letter frameworks.

HR Business Partnering

- Act as the single point of HR contact for School,



IME and Skill development leadership — performance management, employee relations, engagement and culture initiatives.• Support policy revamping specific to the School unit and design/adapt HR frameworks appropriate to an education and cultural-institution workforce.• Partner with unit heads on organization design, role clarity and succession planning as the vertical scales.• Drive engagement and retention initiatives suited to teaching, training and museum staff populations.• Coordinate with the central HR Operations, L&D; and Compensation teams to ensure Foundation-vertical parity with other Brigade business lines.

Compliance

- Own and coordinate statutory and labour law compliance for the School, IME and Museum units, including registers, licenses and renewals specific to educational and cultural establishments.• Ensure readiness under the current Labour Codes and alignment with Brigade's existing compliance frameworks (POSH, BGV, whistleblower mechanisms, disciplinary process).• Liaise with legal and statutory authorities on unit-specific licensing (school affiliation/regulatory requirements, skill development certifications, museum-related permissions) as applicable.• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal/external compliance audits for the vertical.
