Role Description The HR Manager role at Clans Machina is a full-time, on-site position based in Odisha, India. The HR Manager will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, administer compensation and benefits, and support compliance with local labor laws and organizational standards.

The HR Manager will partner with leadership to develop workforce planning strategies, drive employee engagement initiatives, and support training and development programs. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records,



handling employee relations matters with fairness and confidentiality, and contributing to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in talent acquisition, interviewing, and onboarding to manage hiring across diverse roles.
- Experience in performance management, goal setting, and feedback processes to support employee growth.
- Proficiency in HR policy development, documentation, and implementation aligned with labor regulations.
- Ability to handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management with neutrality and professionalism.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR compliance in India.
- Experience with HRIS or HR technology tools for maintaining accurate employee data and reporting.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and integrity.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably in the renewable energy or related industries.
