- Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness & team-building events.
- Support onboarding and new-joiner experience.
- Drive employee recognition and appreciation initiatives.
- Create internal communications, newsletters & social media content.
- Gather employee feedback and support workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate town halls, learning sessions and HR activities.
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to make the workplace more engaging and inclusive.
