Information Technology (Software Industry) About the Role Raj Groups is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented IT Recruiters to support the recruitment requirements of Vizualyst Technology Pvt. Ltd. And Talent Acquisition activities of Raj Groups The selected candidates will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating and supporting the recruitment of suitable candidates for various IT and Software positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand IT job requirements received from Vizualyst Technology.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, references and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills and job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening/interviews.
- Explain job responsibilities, company information, work location and other relevant details to candidates.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Coordinate with candidates and the technical/HR teams throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview results and joining formalities.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure regular follow-up until successful joining.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets andtimelines.
- Maintain professional communication with candidates at all stages.

- Good verbal and written communication

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn new technologies and recruitment practices.
