Key Responsibilities

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

- Support onboarding and induction processes for recent hires

- Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases

- Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and internal communications

- Support employee engagement activities and initiatives

- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and HR documentation

- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements

- Support performance management and feedback processes

- Help in organizing training sessions and internal events

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Pursuing/completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)





- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
