Stipend: ₹9,000/month

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in day-to-day people operations, recruitment, and employee engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to HR in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate coordination.
- Post job openings on relevant hiring platforms and social media.
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and team events.
- Prepare HR documents, trackers, reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on routine HR-related requirements.




- Support the HR team in implementing HR policies and processes.

Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
