HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days a week

Week Off: Sunday

Stipend: ₹10,000 per month

Laptop: Mandatory

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical exposure to recruitment and understand the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate conversations and pre-screening.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate trackers and recruitment databases.
- Assist with interview scheduling and offer-related coordination.
- Support the HR/TA team with day-to-day recruitment activities.




- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and records.

Requirements
- Any graduate can apply.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is a plus.
- Prior internship or experience in HR/Recruitment/Talent Acquisition is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid interpersonal and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Willingness to work from office and learn recruitment processes.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.
