Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern – Recruiter to support our recruitment team in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Post job openings and screen resumes.
- Conduct initial candidate calls and shortlist profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
- Assist with offer coordination and pre-joining formalities.
Requirements
- Graduate/pursuing a degree in HR,
Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
