IKF is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This is a hands-on internship where you will get direct exposure to real recruitment workflows, candidate management, and HR operations, not just observation. If you are organized, a strong communicator, and eager to build a career in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, this role is built for you.

What You’ll Do

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn, social media, and referrals

- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements shared by the team

- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate availability, communication, and basic fitment

- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and applicant records

- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process

- Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across relevant platforms

- Support in rolling out offer letters, collecting documentation, and pre-joining formalities

- Contribute to employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and campus hiring initiatives when required

- Work closely with the HR team to understand ongoing hiring priorities across departments

What We’re Looking For





- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with an interest in Human Resources

- Strong English and Hindi communication skills, written and verbal

- Presentable, professional, and comfortable interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders

- Organized with good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus
