About the Role

Highbrow Interactive is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Chennai. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations in a rapid-paced gaming company.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for open positions.
- Schedule interviews and maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with employee documentation and HR records.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Coordinate with employees and managers on HR-related requirements.
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain accurate HR data.

Requirements

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.




- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information professionally.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
