Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Talent Management team. The role is ideal for freshers looking to build practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other channels.
- Use keywords and Boolean searches to identify relevant profiles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Maintain accurate screening notes and recruitment trackers.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and other Talent Management activities.
Eligibility
- Graduate or pursuing a postgraduate degree, preferably MBA-HR or similar.
- Freshers interested in recruitment and Talent Acquisition are welcome.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment platforms preferred.
- Must be comfortable with the 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST onsite shift.
- Gurugram-based candidates preferred.
