HR Head

Job Location: Kolkata, West Bengal

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Experience: 8–12 years

Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Head to manage and oversee the organization's human resources functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Oversee payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Manage daily HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
- Develop and monitor KRAs and performance management processes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and engagement activities.
- Plan and coordinate employee training and development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Manage and guide the HR team.




- Support management in HR planning and workforce-related decisions.

Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience in HR management or a similar senior HR role.
- Strong experience in recruitment, payroll, HR operations, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of employee relations and performance management.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Good leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
