Job Title: HR Generalist (5+ Years Experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR generalist activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all core HR functions, maintaining accurate HR MIS reports, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities: HR Operations & Generalist Activities o Manage the complete employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit formalities.

o Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and HR databases.

o Ensure compliance with all labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

o Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements. o Manage job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
- Performance Management

o Support in designing and implementing the performance appraisal process.



o Track and analyze employee performance data for decision-making.
- Employee Engagement & Welfare

o Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs. o Address employee grievances and foster a positive work culture.
- Training & Development

o Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs. o Track training attendance and measure effectiveness.
- MIS & HR Analytics

o Prepare and maintain monthly HR MIS reports (attendance, attrition, headcount, recruitment, training, etc.).Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvement strategies.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR generalist experience.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
