We are looking for an experienced and responsible HR Executive to join our team in Aarapalayam.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle recruitment and employee hiring processes

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

- Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews

- Manage employee attendance and HR documentation

- Support on boarding and employee engagement activities

- Maintain employee records and HR-related reports

- Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee queries

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of recruitment and general HR processes

- Ability to handle multiple HR activities independently

- Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
