We are looking for an HR Executive with hands-on experience in managing HR operations for a Spa & Salon.

Location: Khar Linking Road, Mumbai

Experience: 2–4 Years

Industry: Spa / Salon / Wellness preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment of Therapists, Beauticians, Hair Stylists, Nail Technicians & other staff
- Attendance, leave & payroll coordination
- Joining, documentation & employee records
- Staff engagement, grievance handling & discipline

- Performance and manpower tracking
- Coordination with multiple outlets/branches
- Exit formalities & Full & Final coordination
- Basic knowledge of HR compliance

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA-HR preferred
- Valuable communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong recruitment and employee-handling skills
- Experience in Spa/Salon/Wellness industry will be preferred

- Immediate joiners preferred
