SGM HR Solutions (A Unit of SGM Consultancy Services) is hiring on behalf of a client for the position of HR Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.

- Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and enhance induction.
- Maintain employee records, HR documents, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and employee-related HR records.
- Assist with payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts/payroll team.
- Support in formulation and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Assist in HR compliance and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, and applicable labour laws.
- Handle employee queries and support employee relations activities.
- Assist in employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and management reports as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and organisational information.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by management.

Desired Candidate Profile:





• Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Commerce, or a related field. MBA (HR) may be preferred.

- 1–5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS/HRIS.
- Basic knowledge of PF, ESI, labour laws, and statutory compliance will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong coordination, problem-solving, and employee-handling skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
