Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruiter with experience in real estate hiring. The person will be responsible for hiring sales and other real estate professionals for our organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate profiles.
- Hire Sales Executives, Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, Sales Managers, and other real estate profiles.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with the hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate salary and close candidates as per company requirements.
- Maintain the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Ensure timely joining of selected candidates.




- Build and maintain a positive candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Understand hiring requirements from business and sales teams.

Requirements
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience.
- Must have experience in real estate recruitment/hiring.
- Experience in hiring real estate sales profiles will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening candidates.
- Experience with Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-oriented environment.
- Should be proactive, confident, and good at follow-ups.
