About The Role We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Senior Executive, HR Operations, to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data, and maintaining compliance with statutory regulations.

Your expertise will be instrumental in delivering a seamless HR experience for employees and supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management skills, hands-on experience with HRMS platforms, and a keen eye for detail. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to HR process optimization and automation initiatives, ensuring operational excellence within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. An MBA or PGDM specializing in Human Resources is preferred, providing a deeper understanding of HR strategies and practices.

Candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in end-to-end HR operations,



with proven expertise in managing employee data, payroll coordination, and compliance processes. Familiarity with HRMS platforms such as Darwinbox, GreytHR, or similar systems is essential. Additionally, proficiency in advanced MS Excel functions and Power BI for reporting and data analysis is highly desirable.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities

- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity across all platforms.
- Coordinate payroll activities by managing inputs related to new hires, exits, attendance, leaves, incentives, reimbursements, and salary revisions to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Administer leave management, attendance tracking, shift scheduling, and employee documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Generate official HR documents such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion notices, transfer letters, experience certificates, and relieving letters.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, attendance, and HRMS within agreed service levels, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction.
- Support statutory compliance by preparing audit-ready documentation, assisting with audits, and maintaining compliance records.




- Manage employee benefit programs, including insurance, reimbursements, and vendor relationships, to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.
- Handle end-to-end exit processes, including Full & Final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review, providing insights into HR metrics and trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, support automation initiatives, and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR operations.
- Collaborate effectively with HR Business Partners, Finance, IT, Admin, Legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
